Adding blueberries and bananas to this tasty pancake recipe makes them healthy and delicious.
Preheat electric griddle to 325 degrees. Grind oats in blender or food processor until finely ground. Mix oats into other dry ingredients in bowl and set aside. Beat egg in blender or food processor. Then add the rest of the wet ingredients in blender or food processor until combined. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until combined. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto griddle. Flip when underside is slightly brown, bake until done. Enjoy with blueberry or maple syrup.
