Best Banana Cake Ever
This cake starts with a yellow cake mix and combines the batter with mashed banana. It's frosted with a mixture of prepared instant pudding and Cool Whip.
Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1, two-layer yellow cake mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- Frosting:
- 1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1, 8 oz carton frozen whipped topping, thawed

Method
Cake: Beat all cake ingredients together. Bake in 13x9" pan at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until done. Cool. Frosting: Mix all frosting ingredients together; refrigerate for 1 hour. Frost cooled cake.
Notes: Refrigerate any leftover cake.
