Delightful Easy Pineapple Cake

This fresh and summery cake makes a great addition to any event and is the perfect way to end a meal.
Ingredients
- 1 French vanilla cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 1/4 cup pineapple juice, from crushed pineapple
- 2 20 oz cans crushed pineapple in natural juice, drained
- 1 8 oz container whipped topping
- 1 8 oz container extra creamy whipped topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of 9x13 cake pan. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, pineapple juice and 1 can crushed pineapple. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Mix containers of whipped topping. Gently fold in well drained can of crushed pineapple. In cake pan, spread on top of cooled cake.
