Eggnog Bundt Cake with Rum Frosting

This is a delicious, rich cake with the distinct flavor of eggnog and rum.

  • Total Time: 65 minutes


1 box Yellow Cake Mix
4 Eggs
¾ cup Eggnog
1 pkg Vanilla Instant Pudding
½ cup Oil
½ cup Water
1 tsp Vanilla
4 Tbsp Rum
1 cup Powdered Sugar


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients for the cake in a large bowl and beat with electric beater for 4 minutes.

Prepare bundt pan with non-stick spray.

Pour into pan and bake for 50 minutes.

Cool at least 15 minutes in pan before removing.

Make the frosting. The frosting can be made with milk if you don't want the rum. Drizzle over the cake and serve.

Helpful Tips:

A little rum can be added to the cake batter instead of the frosting.
