|½ cup||Wesson Oil|
|2 tsp||Baking Powder|
|½ cup||Cocoa, hershey’s instant|
|1 cup||Hot Water|
Beat 1-1/2 cups sugar, oil, eggs until well blended in one bowl. Then add all flour, baking powder, milk and vanilla to the same bowl. Beat on medium 2 minutes. Pour into 2 9” unbaked pie crusts. Mix together 1 cup sugar, cocoa, and hot water in another bowl. Pour on top of cake batter.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
It's really a cake in a pie shell. That's why it's funny. If you do it right, the chocolate you pour on top should end up on the bottom. Works great as a breakfast treat with coffee, or I use it as a holiday classic too!
