Individual Strawberry Shortcake Cups

1 Store Bought
Angel Food Cake or Pound Cake
1 lb Fresh Strawberries, sliced
1 lb Container Frozen Strawberries, thawed
1 Large Box Vanilla Pudding Mix
3 cups Milk
1 Large Container Cool Whip, do not use the spray whip cream, it goes flat in about 30 minutes
Clear Cups
Mint, for garnish (optional


Prepare pudding using milk as directed on box.

Mix frozen berries and fresh together, saving enough fresh to top each cup.

Cut cake into bite size pieces and put about 4 to 5 pieces into cups. (enough to cover the bottom)

Top cake with spoonful of strawberries and juice.

Top strawberries with a spoonful of pudding.

Top pudding with spoonful Cool Whip.

Repeat layers until cup is full ending with Cool Whip.

Top with fresh strawberries and mint if using.
