Luscious Lemon Pick Cakes

These little lemon cake squares are flavored perfectly with a fresh lemon and sugar sauce that makes them very moist.
Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pkg lemon Jello gelatin
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 8-10 tbsp lemon juice

Mix cake mix, oil and eggs well. Add water, Jello, and lemon juice. Make sure Jello dissolves completely. Add cake mix to mixture. Mix well and bake at 350 degrees in a well greased pan 30-35 minutes. When done, remove cake from pan and poke holes in cake with a fork. Mix enough sugar and lemon juice, it should be a bit soupy, and pour over hot cake. Let cool and cut into 1 inch pieces. Stick a toothpick in center of each square and serve.
