Orange Cake

White cake mix is prepared with orange juice concentrate instead of water. The cake is spread with a cream cheese-powdered sugar frosting flavored with some of the orange juice concentrate, and drizzled with chocolate.
Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 Package 2-layer White Cake Mix
- 1 12 oz. can frozen orange juice Concentrate, thawed (Reserve 2 tablespoons for icing)
- Icing:
- 2, 8 oz Packages Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 Cup Confectioners (powdered) Sugar
- 2 Tbsp reserved Orange Juice Concentrate
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
- Drizzle:
- 1/2 Cup SemiSweet Chocolate chips
- 3 Tsp Butter
- 2 Tsp Heavy whipping Cream

Method
Cake: Mix cake as directed on package, substituting Water with Orange Juice. Bake as directed on package. Icing: Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, reserved Orange Juice and Vanilla until well blended. Frost cooled cake immediately. Drizzle: Melt chocolate over hot water. Stir in butter until melted. Add Cream, mixing thoroughly. Drizzle over frosted cake.
