Sour cream is the ingredient that makes Patty's cheesecake so unique.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter

Method

In large bowl on high speed, mix all ingredients except sour cream. Scrape beaters; add sour cream on medium speed. Crust: Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well blended. Press mixture into bottom and sides of springfoam pan. Cool at least 1 hour in refrigerator. Pour cheesecake mixture into chilled springfoam pan and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
