Pink Champagne Cake

 Pink Champagne Cake
  • Servings: 1 cake or 24 cupcakes

  • Cook Time: cake 25-35 minutes/cupcakes 18-22 minutes


18 oz White Cake Mix
1¼ cup Champagne
⅓ cup Vegetable Oil
3 Egg Whites
3 drops Red Food Coloring
Champagne Frosting:
¼ cup Champagne
1 Teas. Vanilla
3 Teas. Food Coloring
½ cup Butter,softened
4 cup Powdered Sugar



In a large bowl, combine cake mix, and champagne;mix well. Add oil, eggs and food color. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes until blended and creamy. Pour into 9 x 13- inch sprayed cake pan of into 24 cupcake liner in a muffin tin. Bake in 350^ oven- cake for 25-35 minutes, cupcakes 18-22 minutes. Test with toothpick.



Combine all frosting ingredients and beat until smooth. Frost and swirl frosting and sprinkle top with pink crystal sugar and edible pearl candy.
