Pumkin Cupcakes With Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:
| ¾ cups | Whole Wheat Flour |
| ¾ cups | All Purpose Flour |
| 1 tsp | Cinnamon |
| ½ tsp | Ground Ginger |
| ½ tsp | Ground Nutmeg |
| ½ tsp | Allspice |
| 1 tsp | Baking Soda |
| ½ tsp | Salt |
| 1½ cup | Sugar |
| ¾ cups can | Pumpkin |
| 2 | Large Eggs |
| ½ cup | Vegetable Oil |
| ½ cup | Cream Soda |
| 1 Tbsp | Vanilla Extract |
| 2 cups | Graham Crackers Crumbs |
| Frosting: | |
| 8 oz | Cream Cheese, softened |
| ½ cup | Unsalted Butter, softened |
| ½ cup can | Pumpkin |
| 3 cups | Confectioners Sugar |
Directions:
Combine together the flours, spices, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, combine the sugar, pumpkin and eggs. Beat until smooth. Mix the oil, cream soda and vanilla into the mixture. Slowly add the flour mixture and mix well. Stir in the graham crackers. Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Frosting:
Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy. Mix in pumpkin. Slowly mix in the confectioners sugar. Frost each cupcake.
