This cake gets its name from the depression in the center of the cake after baking. An easy to make cake that tastes great.
 

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 lb. brown sugar
  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Method

In large bowl, beat 3 eggs. Add brown sugar, Mix. Add bisquick, pecans, and chocolate chips, mix until well moistened. Bake in heavy pan 9x12x2. Bake 25-30 minutes @ 350 degrees. Cake falls in center.
