|+ 2-3 Spoons, for syrup|
|11||Spoons of Wondra Flour|
|4||Spoons of Flour|

I.Whisk 12 whites (of eggs) untill they become foam,then add 10 spoons of sugar and keep whisking .
II.Mix 12 yolks with 5 spoons of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
Put II in I,little by little and mix gentle with a wooden spoon. Add 11 spoons of Wondra flour and 4 spoons of regular flour.
Bake in preheated 350 F oven untill they get lightly browned .
Meanwhile make a syrup from lemon juice , water and sugar at your taste.
Soak them , but be carefully , they don`t have to be too moisted.
Use whipped cream on top and chocolate or caramel syrup as adornment if you like it.Enjoy !
