Super Easy Lemon Trifle

This layered dessert combines lemon curd, pound cake, pudding and fresh berries for a delicious looking and tasting dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf pound cake, cubed
- 1 pkg vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
- 1 1/2 cups lemon curd, homemade or store bought
- Fresh berries for garnish

Method
In medium bowl, prepare vanilla pudding according to directions. Allow to cool if using cook and serve. Fold in whipped topping. In trifle bowl or other somewhat deep glass bowl, place layer of pound cake. Top with 1/2 cup lemon curd. Top with 1/2 cup pudding mixture. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Garnish with fresh berries.
